Properties and Efficacy

Kiros RE:FRESH is formulated to support digestive health and promote body purification through a synergistic combination of Ganoderma and Triphala. While Ganoderma is a mushroom known for its antioxidant and immune-stimulating properties, Triphala is an Ayurvedic remedy that stimulates intestinal motility, improves digestion, and supports the liver.

Kiros RE:FRESH is formulated to support digestive health and promote body purification through a synergistic combination of Ganoderma, Triphala, Chamomile, and Lithothamnium calcareum.

Ganoderma, a mushroom rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, and triterpenes, is known for its antioxidant and immune-stimulating properties. It helps protect against oxidative stress, improves blood circulation and cellular oxygenation, and supports the balance of the intestinal microbiota—contributing to overall detoxification and vitality.

Triphala, an Ayurvedic blend of three fruits (Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki), stimulates intestinal motility, reduces constipation, promotes colon cleansing, and enhances bile production for better fat digestion. It also supports liver function and contributes to skin health by improving gut balance.

Chamomile adds a calming and anti-inflammatory effect, soothing the digestive tract, reducing gastrointestinal discomfort, and promoting emotional balance—essential for gut-brain harmony.

Lithothamnium calcareum, a marine algae rich in bioavailable calcium and trace minerals, helps regulate stomach acidity, supports acid-base balance, and contributes to bone health and remineralization.

The synergy of these ingredients makes RE:FRESH a complete supplement that supports intestinal and hepatic health, promotes toxin elimination, strengthens the immune system, and contributes to skin rejuvenation and the reduction of visible signs of aging.

Scientific Studies and Insights

Triphala: A Complete Ayurvedic Remedy. Triphala is a combination of three fruits from Indian plants, Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Terminalia bellerica (Bibhitaki) and Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), mixed in equal proportions. Used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine, this preparation is considered a powerful remedy for intestinal cleansing, detoxification and as an immune stimulant. The three plants that make up Triphala are known for their many biological properties, including supporting liver function, promoting intestinal motility, and eliminating toxins.

  • Hepatic and Intestinal Properties: Triphala stimulates bile production and improves intestinal motility, relieving constipation and reducing bloating. Through its cleansing effects, Triphala also helps rebalance the intestinal microbiota and inhibit the growth of intestinal Candida. In addition, Triphala promotes the elimination of toxins from the intestines, preventing the formation of waste and improving nutrient absorption.
  • Antioxidants and Immune Support: Triphala's main active compounds include tannins, flavonoids (such as quercetin), saponins, fatty acids, and polysaccharides. These compounds are known for their powerful antioxidant properties, which protect the body from oxidative stress and promote immune system health. Triphala is also rich in vitamin C, thanks to the presence of Amalaki, which is one of the richest and most bioavailable plant sources of this vitamin.
  • Prebiotic Action: Triphala exerts a prebiotic action, stimulating the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and thus improving the balance of intestinal flora. This leads to more effective immune defenses and improved nutrient digestion.

Ganoderma (Reishi): The Mushroom of Immortality. Ganoderma lucidum, known as Reishi or Ling Zhi, is one of the most studied and valued medicinal mushrooms in traditional Eastern medicine. Known for its many health benefits, Ganoderma is often referred to as the "mushroom of immortality" for its antioxidant and immune-supportive properties.

  • Antioxidant and Anti-Aging Properties: Ganoderma is rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamin C and organic germanium, a mineral that improves cellular oxygenation and mitochondrial activity. These compounds help counteract damage caused by free radicals, improving resistance to oxidative stress and helping to reduce signs of aging.
  • Immunomodulating Action: Ganoderma polysaccharides, particularly beta-glucans and Ling Zhi-8 (LZ-8) protein, are known for their ability to modulate the immune system, stimulating cytokine production and enhancing the body's natural defenses. Ganoderma has also shown positive effects in improving memory, concentration, and cognitive function through its action on the nervous system.
  • Cardiovascular and Metabolic Benefits: Ganoderma is also useful in improving the lipid profile by regulating cholesterol and blood sugar. Studies have shown that Ganoderma has positive effects in treating cardiac arrhythmia and improving cardiovascular health due to its ability to reduce bad (LDL) cholesterol and increase good (HDL) cholesterol.
  • Hepatoprotective Action: Ganoderma also possesses hepatoprotective properties, promoting liver health and contributing to the detoxification of the body.
