Shipping Policy – Kiros Diet SRL

(Version compliant with Romanian and European e-commerce regulations)

1. General Shipping Information

This Shipping Policy governs the shipping procedures for products purchased on the official website of Kiros Diet SRL, with its registered office in Romania, Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Argentina 33, registered with the Trade Register under No. J40/2843/2021, tax ID RO30021692.

Kiros Diet SRL ships to most countries in the European Union, in compliance with EU regulations on cross-border trade and consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Countries We Ship To

We ship to most European Union countries, with the following exceptions:

❌ We do not ship to:

the United Kingdom; Switzerland; Corsica; Greece; Norway; Malta; Finland; Albania

❌ We do not ship outside the European Union.

These restrictions are due to logistical limitations, customs regulations, or unsustainable shipping costs.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand (holidays, promotions, special events), processing times may be extended.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected carrier:

·       Romania: 1–3 business days

·       Italy: 2–5 business days

·       Other EU countries: 7–12 business days

Possible Delays

Delays may occur in the event of:

- national or European holidays

- adverse weather conditions

- courier strikes

- force majeure (Art. 1351 Italian Civil Code / Art. 1351 Romanian Civil Code)

Kiros Diet SRL is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier.

4. Shipping Costs

ITALY and ROMANIA

·       €4 + VAT for orders under €100 (excluding VAT)

·       Free shipping for orders over €100 (excluding VAT)

5. Shipping Costs – EU Countries (Tariff Zones)

Free Shipping

For orders over €150 (excluding VAT), shipping is free to all EU countries listed above.

Important note:
Free shipping covers transportation only.
Any local taxes, duties, or fees (if applicable) remain the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive via email:

·       tracking number

·       Link to track your shipment

·       Courier name

The customer is responsible for tracking the delivery and ensuring that someone is available when the courier arrives.

7. Failed Delivery or Recipient Absent

If the recipient is absent:

·       the courier will make multiple delivery attempts

·       may leave a pickup notice at an authorized location

·       if the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the costs of a new shipment

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If the package arrives damaged or tampered with, the customer must:

1.     immediately photograph the package and its contents

2.     DO NOT use the product

3.     contact us within 48 hours:

Kiros Diet SRL will file a claim with the carrier and proceed with a replacement or refund in accordance with the Return Policy.

9. Liability for Transport

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transport passes to the carrier, in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations.

Kiros Diet SRL guarantees full assistance in the event of:

·       loss

·       damage

·       unreasonable delays

10. Secure Payments

During payment, your browser connects directly to the selected provider (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).

Kiros Diet DOES NOT see and DOES NOT store:

·       card numbers

·       CVV

·       expiration dates

·       PayPal credentials

We receive only:

·       transaction status (successful, canceled, failed)

·       sender's name (PayPal only)

·       payment method used (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Payments are protected by:

·       SSL encryption

·       advanced security protocols

·       anti-fraud systems

·       two-factor authentication (2FA), where applicable
