Triphala: A Complete Ayurvedic Remedy. Triphala is a combination of three fruits from Indian plants, Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Terminalia bellerica (Bibhitaki) and Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), mixed in equal proportions.
