Properties and Efficacy

Kiros Amino Protein is formulated with whey protein isolate (Whey Protein Isolate 90), which offers high bioavailability and excellent biological value. Due to its composition, it is particularly useful in low-calorie and ketogenic diets, for muscle mass recovery, and for athletes who need complete protein support, especially during phases of intense muscle work.

Supplementing with branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), L-arginine, L-ornithine, L-carnitine, and L-glutamine promotes improved muscle performance, stimulates growth hormone (GH) synthesis, and optimizes fat metabolism. This makes it ideal for those who want to increase muscle mass and enhance athletic performance, as well as support rapid muscle recovery.

Main Benefits
  • Increases Muscle Mass
Whey protein (Whey Protein) is among the most effective in stimulating muscle protein synthesis, supporting muscle growth and tissue repair.
  • Muscle Recovery
L-glutamine and BCAAs help reduce post-workout recovery time, improving the efficiency of protein synthesis and reducing muscle damage.
  • Fat Loss
L-carnitine promotes fat metabolism and fatty acid oxidation, while arginine and citrulline stimulate nitric oxide production, improving vasodilation and nutrient delivery to muscle cells.
  • Immune Support and Antioxidant
Cystine stimulates the synthesis of glutathione, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants, which helps protect muscle cells from oxidative stress and free radical damage.
Why Choose?
  • High quality protein: contains 90% whey protein isolate with high biological value.
  • Also suitable for those who are lactose intolerant due to the presence of the enzyme lactase, which aids their digestion.
  • Complete all-in.one formula: includes essential amino acids, branched chain amino acids, L-carnitine, L-glutamine, and vitamins, all key ingredients for muscle growth and recovery.
  • Supports fat loss and optimization of lipid-muscle metabolism.
Scientific Studies and Insights

Whey Protein (Whey Protein Isolate 90). Whey Protein (Whey Protein) is a high-quality source of protein with a very high biological value and excellent bioavailability. They are isolated through a micro-ultrafiltration process, which preserves their purity and minimizes their fat and carbohydrate contents.

Scientific studies: Whey protein is well documented for its role in the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. A recent study found that intake of whey protein, especially whey protein isolate, promotes higher muscle protein synthesis than other protein sources such as casein. Evidence suggests that whey protein may also promote fat loss due to its high content of leucine, an essential branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) that stimulates muscle protein synthesis (1).

L-Arginine and Muscle Growth. L-arginine is for their role in growth hormone (GH) stimulation, protein synthesis, and participates in creatine synthesis Arginine improves to vasodilation through nitric oxide production, promoting better nutrient influx to muscle cells.

Scientific studies: One study showed that arginine intake improves aerobic and anaerobic performance by increasing oxygen delivery to muscles. In addition, arginine is involved in the synthesis of GH (growth hormone), a key factor in muscle recovery and lipolysis (2).

L-Ornithine. Ornithine is an amino acid that, like arginine, plays a role in nitric oxide production and increasing GH levels. It is particularly useful for promoting muscle recovery and reducing fatigue.

Scientific studies: According to recently published research, taking ornithine may increase GH production, promoting muscle growth and reducing body fat. Ornithine is also involved in the urea cycle, promoting the elimination of ammonia from the body, a byproduct of protein metabolism that can cause muscle fatigue (3).

L-Carnitine. L-carnitine is a compound that plays a key role in fat metabolism, helping to transport long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are oxidized to produce energy.

Scientific studies: A recent study has shown that L-carnitine improves fat-burning capacity during exercise, thereby optimizing lipid metabolism. L-carnitine also has positive effects on muscle recovery and fatigue reduction by reducing oxidative damage induced by intense exercise (4,5).

L-Glutamine. Glutamine is a nonessential amino acid that is critical for immune system support and post-workout muscle recovery. It is the main amino acid found in blood and muscle (6).

Scientific studies: Published research has shown that glutamine can reduce the risk of infection and improve post-workout recovery, as it helps restore glycogen stores and prevent muscle catabolism. In addition, glutamine plays an important role in maintaining intestinal health, as it is used by intestinal cells as an energy source. Arginine is an amino acid that stimulates the production of nitric oxide (NO), a molecule that promotes vasodilation, improving blood flow and nutrient delivery to muscles (7).

L-Citrulline. Citrulline is another amino acid that stimulates nitric oxide production and improves vasodilation. It is commonly used to improve athletic performance and promote muscle recovery.

Scientific studies: Citrulline has been the subject of numerous studies for its properties in improving blood flow and reducing muscle fatigue. One research study showed that citrulline supplementation can improve physical performance by increasing endurance during exercise. Another study suggests that citrulline may improve recovery after high-intensity workouts, reducing muscle damage and recovery time (8)

Taurine. Taurine is an amino acid that plays a protective role in muscle cells and the cardiovascular system. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties (9).

Scientific studies: A recently published study showed that taurine has positive effects on the cardiovascular system, helping to regulate blood pressure and improve heart health. Taurine also improves athletic performance, helping to reduce fatigue and improving muscle recovery (10).

Cystine. Cystine stimulates the production of glutathione, one of the body's most powerful antioxidants (11)

Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is essential for protein metabolism and proper functioning of the nervous system. It plays a crucial role in neurotransmitter synthesis and immune system support.

Scientific studies: Vitamin B6 is involved in the synthesis of serotonin and dopamine, neurotransmitters that regulate mood and stress response. A vitamin B6 deficiency can adversely affect cognitive function and mental well-being. Vitamin B6 also supports protein metabolism, making supplementation of this vitamin important during periods of intense physical activity and muscle recovery (12).

Biotin: Biotin is a B-group vitamin essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It is essential for maintaining healthy hair, skin and nails, as well as contributing to energy production during strenuous physical activity.
